UAV systems cover large and medium-sized fixed-wing UAV systems, medium-sized unmanned helicopter systems, VTOL UAV systems, special aircraft, etc. Quadrant Space provide engineering service package covering the full lifecycle of UAV systems from concept design to production. We support our customers in various development phases including aircraft powerplant development, trial production, general assembly, commision, test flight, delivery, improvement, field support, training, fault handling, data analysis, aftersales, repair, service, maintenance, etc. Our engineering team are experienced in system integration and test of ROTAX, Lycoming, Continental, and Limbach engines, and provide high quality engineering service in powerplant integration accordingly. The scope of PI service as follows,

· Design and test of powerplant thermal management system (PTMS);

· Design and test of powerplant control system (PCS);

· Design and test of powerplant electrical system (PES);

· Design and test of powerplant installation system (including engine, generator and accessories);

· Design and test of powerplant lubricating system;

· Design and test of powerplant cooling system (including air and water cooling);

· Design and test of fuel system (including fuel tank, fuel pipeline and accessories);

· Aircraft engine performance test;

· Aircraft engine/propeller performance test;

· Design and test of aircraft engine/drive system/rotor system;
